We Need Volunteeer Drivers

A recently passed Florida law (HB 359) is paving the way for volunteer drivers by protecting them from certain kinds of liability, and by prohibiting insurance companies from increasing rates for those who volunteer to drive. Plus, our volunteer drivers receive CoralGables@HOME Memberships Credits. Membership Credits may be transferred to friends or family.) Volunteers may set their own schedule, but must have a safe driving record, and be insured. If you would like to volunteer, please call us at 305.443.4011.

Contributions

Leave a legacy in Coral Gables by making a Planned Gift. There are many options for Planned Gifts, including several that can result in significant tax savings for you and your family. Another option that offers an immediate charitable deduction is the Charitable Gift Annuity. A Charitable Gift Annuity is the donation that provides you income for life. If you possess a house or another appreciated asset that you are reluctant to sell because of the capital gains tax, let it generate an annual stipend as a Charitable Gift Annuity.

Your tax-deductible donation will help us to build and keep this important community resource for our older residents. You can donate to honor the memory of a friend or loved one, or make a contribution in someone's name. (Simply call our offices, and we will send a card notifying the recipent of your gift.)
You can also donate a membership for use by a resident or neighbor who might not otherwise be able to afford help.
