Beyond the basic services that are included with your membership, CoralGables@HOME includes access to an extensive list of Provider Services offered at a members-only discounted rate. No more wondering to who call . . . just call us!

Air Conditioning
Don't sweat it . . . Beat the heat! Here in South Florida, life without air conditioning can sometimes be intolerable. We can help. We'll send an expert out to evaluate your current cooling system. It may be that you may need just a tune-up, or you may need a whole new system. The good news is there are big economic incentives available, from multiple rebates to discounts. It may cost a whole lot less to stay cool than you think.

Appliance Repair
Don't put off taking care of an essential appliance. For safety and convenience, give us a call and we'll send out a qualified repairman to give you an evaluation of whether you should repair or replace your old appliance(s).

Bookkeeping
Need help with your finances? You can trust a CoralGables @HOME background-checked bookkeeper to offer assistance with all your monetary concerns.

Carpet and Floor Cleaning
Why struggle with renting the rug shampooer from the grocery store when you don't have to? Get your carpets and floors steamed cleaned by a professional. Fast, easy, and inexpensive—one room or the whole house.

Car Washing
Every once in a while, it's nice to get your car really clean. Especially if you don't have the time. We can send someone to your house to do the cleaning at your convenience without having to wait in line somewhere.

Chauffeur to Drive Your Car
"WeDriveU" Certified Chauffeur Services are offered to CoralGables@HOME members at a very special rate and without the minimum usage requirements. WeDriveU Chauffeurs will even do errands for you while they wait to pick you and your friends up for a return trip home. When sharing a ride with friends, using a chauffeur service can be very cost effective. You can go anywhere you want without the hassle of driving and parking. Cleaning
Got Company coming? We tend to wait to clean extra well until we know we have company coming. Whether you need someone to come in for one great big clean up so you can catch up, clean your home on a regular basis, or just do the little (or big) things you don't want to now and again (likes shades and windows), we have an excellent service for that. Give us a call and stop worrying about finding the time and energy to take care of it!

Cooking and Delivered Meals
We can have someone come to your home and cook your meals. Also, you can have home-cooked food delivered to you. Enjoy the home cooking from Tracey’s Treats Catering. Tracey's Treats offers delicious dinners delivered frozen in microwavable individual-serving containers. Choose from a menu selection that varies each week.

Daily Money Management
Do you need a little help to stay on top of ongoing financial tasks like bill payments, balancing checkbooks, reviewing invoices for accuracy, etc.? We can also help with one-time tasks, such as establishing records systems for financial papers or helping complete estate plans.

When it comes to electrical problems, it's not something most of us feel comfortable trying to fix ourselves. It doesn't have to cost a lot to get a few little things checked and fixed. We can get someone to finally get that guest bathroom light working, replace a broken ceiling fan cord, or put that extra outlet where you need it. We offer knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, and affordable help!

Emergency Response Systems
Knowing you can get help when you need it provides peace of mind for you and your family. Wearing an ERS when you are home alone allows you to alert emergency services at the touch of a button. Emergency Response Systems keeps the code to a lock box on the door to your house to allow emergency personnel to have access to you without damage to your home. EMS offers a discount to CoralGables@HOME members and a guaranteed rate for life!

Free Prescription Delivery
What if you never had to wait in line again to drop off or pick-up your prescriptions? Our members enjoy free delivery with Navarro Pharmacy and University Pharmacy, and they accept most insurance plans. Navarro provides a $25 gift card to every person transferring their prescriptions. Look for the coupon in their weekly flyer in the store. No more lines and free delivery! Don’t you feel better already?

Grocery Shopping
If you’d like to join us on Thursday at 10 a.m. to go to the Publix on Le Jeune, please call our office on Monday or Tuesday (first come, first served).

Handyman Services
Tired of seeing that hole in the wall where the door handle hits? Need rotten baseboards replaced? Whatever little thing that you've been putting off thinking maybe you would get to it, now is the time to stop worrying about it. Let us send a handyman out to give you an estimate. One more thing to cross off your list. We make it just that easy.

Home Conversions
Making your home more accessible and hazard free is a certified specialty provided by multiple CoralGables@HOME service providers. These professionals can convert your bathroom to make it easier and safer to use a bath or shower; widen doors and change counter and shelf heights for easier accessibility. Home Healthcare
Overnight, extended, or ongoing, if you need at-home healthcare, CoralGables@HOME has someone available to help. Whether you're recovering from surgery or need more extensive care, we are here to find you someone you can be comfortable with.

Home Sitting
Need to be away from home? Whether you’re planning a trip, or you have to leave home unexpectedly, don’t forget to give us a call. We like to know you are okay, and if you wish, we can refer you to a pre-screened housesitter or pet sitter offering a special members-only rate. Please call us at 305-443-4011.

Hurricane Preparation
If you already have hurricane shutters or boards, CoralGables@HOME also offers help putting up the shutters you have. CoralGables@HOME is also working with a hurricane shutter and aluminum products company, to help our members who do not have shutters or who need help with their hurricane preparations. We recommend an inspection of all types of shutters: panels, accordion, roll-up, Bahama, and awnings, to make sure you have all the necessary nuts, bolts, angels, etc., and that the tracks are lubricated and working properly.

Insurance & Investment Consulting
CoralGables@HOME has access to experts in their fields when it comes to insurance and investments. Take advantage of your affiliation with us and get reliable advice. Have all your nagging questions answered and feel confidence in your advisor.

Laundry
From washing to folding, ironing to dry cleaning, we can help sort out your wash day needs. Give us a call for help with a small load, or ongoing help to take away your weekly laundry headache. Yes, your clothes can magically reappear clean and ready to wear again.

Aaaah Massage! Massage and acupuncture are both therapuetic and can offer pain relief. Someone can come to your home and help you regain movement or just find some rest and relaxation from pain and discomfort. You'll be glad you gave it a try. Choose one or do both.

Doesn't it seem something always goes wrong on the weekends when servicemen charge more? Should you need the services of a plumber, now you can relax knowing you have not only trustworthy reliable help, but someone to help you when you need it at a discounted rate.
